Viola Ocean Side Homes (previously Viola Building Corp.) headed by second generation builder Albie Viola, has
been producing high-end custom
homes since 1978, continuing the
legacy of excellence that has become synonymous with the Viola name. "It's a family business," says Albie, "and we are proud to use our name in the company logo to represent a heritage which began with our fathers."
Viola's experience after graduating from college, where he studied urban and regional planning, included practicing land planning with Talbot & Assoc. P.C. and Marsh & Basgier P.C. This helped him keep costs in line and appreciate the value of well considered site planning. |
As a second generation builder, Albie attributes a great deal of his company's success to the personal touch he and
his staff maintain with each buyer.
He directly oversees the daily
construction operations and is readily available to discuss the buyers personal needs and desires for the finished home.
"We intentionally limit the number of homes we build at any given time so we can devote sufficient time to address the needs of each individual client," says Albie. Viola's craftmanship can be seen in some of the Southeastern Virginia custom
homes of Middle Plantation, Lago-Mar,
Great Neck Meadows, Bay Colony,
Bay Island, Woodard's Mill, Greenhill Farms, Sterling Point, Joliff Woods and
North Little Neck, to name just a few. |
